Sport will in 2022 present the #ForHope Community Day once a month at the Voortrekker Monument. The aim of this initiative is to create opportunities during which families, friends and the broader community can build relationships, spend quality time together and at the same time maintain a healthy lifestyle in the beautiful vicinity in which the Voortrekker Monument is located.
At these events AfriForum Sport also intends on gathering funds for the maintenance of routes at the Voortrekker Monument, as well as supporting other projects/initiatives that also empower communities and/or individuals by means of sport.
