Golf is one of the fastest developing sports in South Africa. There is a significant number of children who show excellent potential to build themselves a future through this sport. The truth is, however, that golf is a very expensive sport, and very few parents can afford to develop their children’s full potential in order to become professional golf stars.
AfriForum Sport decided to cooperate with IPlayICare because this organisation already does excellent work in junior golf development. We are currently working on a range of projects to create opportunities for spotting potential and generating funds to support young talent.
AfriForum Sport will empower young talent through this cooperation project by creating opportunities and access to resources that will enable them to reach their full potential.
This project will specifically target children and we hope that we will develop many future sport stars with it.
